Limited Parking

For Visitors:

There are parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis at the main car park.

For Vendors:

Parking available to venders @ 1 vendor 1 car ONLY

• Enter via Gate 3(near basketball court) from 7am onwards. There are 30 parking spaces available.
• There will be staff with trolleys to help transport the items from the basketball court to the yardsale venue.
• If you are sharing a table with your friend either you or your friend can park. More than 1 car per vendor is not allowed.

Baby Changing & Nursing Room Available

For 1 table booking, vendors will be provided:

1 white plastic table (approximately 180cm by 75cm selling space), 1 long table and 2 chairs

• The sale will take place in an outdoor covered cafeteria at the atrium.
• Tablecloths are not provided, please bring your own if you need them.
• Tables are allocated according to the order of bookings. (We usually don't make exceptions for special table requests as it is unfair to other applicants.)

Max 2 Persons per Table, Additional Fee for Helper

A helper is someone who will either be selling at your table with you or selling in place of you at the table. You can have 2 people on the table at no extra cost (you and 1 helper). Any additional helpers will have to pay to enter the Yard Sale at 60B per adult. 

No Photographs of Other Children

Please be reminded not to take any photographs of children other than your own that you see at the venue. Taking photographs of other people's children is not permitted for the safeguarding of all children within our community.

Photos may be taken by our photographers and event leaders at BAMBI events and activities. Guardians may ask the BAMBI photographer directly in case they do not wish to have their child photographed. Parents who would like to remove their photo from BAMBI social media can contact media@bambiweb.org.
